 Today, most people are juggling multiple things simultaneously but somehow at a point in life they lose control over everything. We always want to be perfect, whether it be at workplace, studies, family or LIFE ! In order to do things correctly we often forget that LIFE is all about mistakes and experiences not about being a perfectionist.

Perfectionists are not bad, being that all the times comes with a risk of losing your original identity, the YOU. Life is not about what others expect from you to be ITS ABOUT WHO YOU EXPECT TO BE. How you want your things in your life at any point of time.

Don't feel bad about taking certain decisions in your favour, taking care of yourself is NOT SELFISH. No one is going to take up the charge for you and say i will take 110% correct and perfect decisions for your life, even if someone says DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE. Its your life take the driving seat and enjoy the ride; why do you depend upon someone else for your own happiness?

Many a times while efficiently juggling between work life and social life we forget that we have a soul to take care of. Due to social life our work life handles much pressure or vice versa. Do not let anything frustrate your self. If people are coming to your life one way or the other let them come let life do its own course if people are moving away from you let them go, trust your inner instinct trust your god he will never betray you for the decisions that you take. Times will be tough a lot tough than you have been thinking but the time which you want will also come have patience and save energy for better things.

How to shampoo your hair??

Correct way to shampoo your hair!

1. Do not use same shampoo lifelong, use shampoo and conditioner which is suitable for your current hair situation.

2. Always comb your hair before washing.

3. Take small amount of shampoo and massage it on your scalp downwards, do not move hair in wierd ways because that will lead into breakage of your hair.

4. Do not take extra shampoo for rest of your hair, make sure shampoo on your scalp part is enough for the rest of the hair.

*if you find it difficult to get rid of oil from little amount of shampoo use non greasy oil at the bottom, which i will talk about in detail in my next blog*

5. Avoid applying conditioner on scalp it will damage the area, you must only apply conditioner on the bottom of your hair !

6. Never comb your wet hair, because it can lead to breakage.
